Shipping and Returns

We deliver high-quality luxury fine art prints of a personal collection. Each print is made to order, checked by hand, given a protective cover, and placed in art-secure packaging for shipping.

Because each print is made to order, we do not offer returns. Should your order arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement (exact same print, color, material, and size). This type of exchange only applies to verified damaged prints by the delivery company.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving an order

Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days.

Our prints are made to order. We do not offer a return or refund based on

-wrong color ordered

-wrong print size ordered

-wrong selection of print or paper or canvas framing

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 35% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A refund will be issued only after we receive the original order back.

Q: How long does my order take to ship?

A: All orders are printed within 3-5 weekdays. Depending on the size of the print and canvas framing, standard shipping can take 7-10 days for orders within the US. International shipping may take longer depending on the carrier used.

Q: Do you offer international shipping? 

A: Yes, we do offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the order and location.

Q: What if my prints or canvas were damaged during shipping?

A: Please take photos of the package prior to opening it, and contact the shipping company. Please notify us immediately and hold on to the product and packaging. Send us a photo of the damaged shipping materials and the product so we can determine the best path forward with the shipping company.
